Beads are strung on cotton strand ( You will have to KNOT/TIE yourself), a barrel clasp or stretch cord.
_*** PURPOSE
Beads are worn for body shaping, sexual appeal, fashion, pride and heritage
*** HOW TO MEASURE
*Standing up with a paper or fabric tape, measure where you want your waist beads to hung, on your bare skin.
*Do not suck in your stomach
*Tape should not be too loose nor tight, it should be comfortable (breathing room)
*** TO TIE
* Wrap waist beads where you want
* Remove any excess beads in necessary
*Double knot cotton string securely
* Cut off any excess string
