*Standing up with a paper or fabric tape, measure where you want your waist beads to hung, on your bare skin.
*Do not suck in your stomach
*Tape should not be too loose nor tight, it should be comfortable (breathing room)
***** TO TIE
* Do not cut or trim of knotted ends( this is to prevent beads from falling off)
* Wrap waist beads where you want it to lie
* Remove any excess beads if necessary
*Double knot cotton string securely
* Cut off any excess string
