Beads are strung on nylon waist Beads( You will have to KNOT/TIE yourself) , elastic cord OR clasp

Beads are worn for body shaping, sexual appeal, fashion, pride and heritage
***** HOW TO MEASURE
*Standing up with a paper or fabric tape, measure where you want your waist beads to hung, on your bare skin.
*Do not suck in your stomach
*Tape should not be too loose nor tight, it should be comfortable (breathing room)
***** TO TIE
* Do not untie or cut off knotted ends ( so beads don't fall
* Wrap waist beads where you want it to lay
* Remove any excess beads in necessary
*Double knot cotton string securely
* Cut off any excess string
